Supermarket Giants Undermined By Staff

The guy on the till at Aldi was off on one today – all about the government trying to use Ukraine as an excuse for the horrendous cost in living increases. He ended his rant with “Anyway. Come the revolution, they’ll be first up against the wall. Don’t forget your chops.”

It cheered me up no end. I’ll definitely head for his till, the next time I’m at Aldi.

So, yeah … Morrisons, I’m sorry … but your staff are insufficiently politicised for me to spend my money there any longer. I want to chat contemporary politics with a dash of historical analysis as I purchase my 30% off bag of baby spinach.
